Sub:    Export of Stone Aggregate to Maldives under Bi-lateral Trade Agreement between Government of India and Government of the Republic of Maldives.
 
S.O. (E)   In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014,, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby substitutes the Export Licencing Note 1 and 2 as appearing in para-2 of Notification No.45/2009-2014 dated 21.05.2010 with Export Licencing Note 1, as below:
 
“Export Licencing Note 1
 
(i)         Export of Stone Aggregate to Maldives permitted as per ceiling mentioned below subject to issue of No Objection within the annual ceiling by CAPEXIL who shall monitor the ceiling and send a quarterly report to Export Cell in DGFT:

(ii)     For the export of above quantity of Stone Aggregates, CAPEXIL shall ensure that the suppliers/extractors have obtained appropriate clearances”.
 
3.        Effect of this notification:
 
Export of the quantities of Stone Aggregate with the annual ceiling indicated in the respective columns in Export Licencing Note 1(i) above has been permitted for export to the Republic of Maldives under Bi-lateral Trade Agreement betweenGovernment of India and Government of the Republic of Maldives.
