ORDER
In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.VIII/48/38/2012-DRI dated 04.04.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, Chennai in the case of M/s Papyrus and M/s Papco, No.85, Moody Street, 1st Floor, Meghdooth Chembers Fort, Mumbai-400001 and others to the Commissioner of Customs, (Port-Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra and others for the purpose of adjudication.
